Ponderosa Steakhouse

Staff was friendly and the buffet had a lot of items. The salad was excellent. Unfortunately, it's the steak that matters at a steakhouse and mine was overcooked and dry.

For as buffets go, I think that it is a good one and the price is reasonable. You have a good number of options. You can do just the straight buffet or make a number of additional dishes to create your own combo. The flavor of the food is good. The basic buffet is fairly standard but there is enough variety so you are not limited to only a couple of choices.

Had a party of 15 with virtually no wait. Our waitress was very nice,polite and kept our tables clean of empty plates. Food was fresh and hot. Salad bar was well stocked and clean. Will be back next time we visit indy
